The recession has hit many of us hard and unemployment is a reality for many Americans.  While there is a lot of hardships with unemployment, what about our pets? Dogs, of course, are for the most part just happy to see you all the time. Hamsters, gold fish, all the little pets probably do not even care. Cats, on the other hand, well they have opinions and one of them went ahead and wrote a letter to it’s Human Patron to lay down some rules.
