Measure E Results, Dublin Ca

 

Yesterday the good folks of the City of Dublin, California voted. The most hotly disputed Measure, Measure E needed 55% percent of the vote to pass.  The vote count was:

When looking for the official results on this measure, I was saddened to find that those of us in Alameda County do not vote. Only 21% in Alameda County voted.

It does make me wonder if everyone voted, would the results have been different for Measure E? It also makes me wonder if those who don’t vote are also the ones who complain the loudest. We live in an awesome country where your vote does count.  I have been told that some only vote in the “big” elections, like for President.  Silliness. All elections have an impact on both your and mine’s life and lifestyle. Measure E alone increases your Property Taxes.  Please Vote.
